I think I too have chosen to look on the bright side, make the best out of whatever situation I'm in, the whole idea of not worrying about something you have no control over, riding things out and things work out, counting my blessings, which are many. Keeping physical is important, and it's free. Deep breathing is probably the best medicine for stress, worry, etc. Also free. My husband always says that most bad things can be cured by laughter and a good night's sleep. I would add to that a soak in the hot tub.
